Heat Molding Instructions (Important – Read Before Use) For best results, follow these steps carefully: Trim First:Remove your stock insole. Lay it over the KingFoam Elite Quantum Heel™ and trace the outline. Trim to fit your shoe before heating. Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Heat Insoles:Place insoles flat on a baking sheet.Heat for 12 minutes. Cool Briefly:Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 1 minute.If the insole feels too hot, allow it to cool slightly longer. Mold to Your Foot:Place the insoles into your shoes while wearing socks.Stand and walk naturally until the insoles fully cool down. Important: Do NOT fold or bend the insole while hot. This can permanently damage the structure. If too hot to handle, allow additional cooling time before placing into shoes.
