The parts of this Linen Rose Corsage are shaped using heated millinery tools. The leaves are wired so that they can be slightly adjusted. Due to the dense fabrics used for this piece (fine and scrim linen fabrics) the rose brooch is not lightweight and therefore is unsuitable for pinning onto very delicate garments like lightweight silks and cottons. It is ideal to be worn on clothing made of dense fabrics or straw hats.
