Description Straight from a witch’s pantry This month as we are getting ready fro Halloween celebrations, let’s have a look at a couple of new plants known for their magical and mysterious properties. Both fabric Thistle as well as leather Blackberries come as stylised yet very recognisable (and wearble) botanicals. This demonstration is suitable for students of any level, however previous experience in flower making is really helpful. A number of flower shaping tools is going to be used to achieve the necessary 3D shaping on some flower parts (single knife, hook etc). The demonstration will include the making of a thisle flower and leaf as well as stylised blackberry berries and flowers. At the end of the talk Svetlana will answer your burning questions, if there are any left.
