She is homeported in Apra Harbor on the beautiful pacific island of Guam. The crest of Key west features the conch shell, a symbol of her namesake city. Her motto is “Libertate Clavis Tenacitas et Ingenium”, which translates to The Key to “freedom is tenacity and resourcefulness”.
